It’s simple! Join the Refer-a-Friend Program through your Conexon Connect account, then share your unique referral code with friends and family. When someone uses your code to successfully sign up and become a Connect customer, you’ll both receive a $25 bill credit.

Referrer

• current subscriber who provides a unique code to share a discount with friends
• must have an active account to get a referral program code
• can only participate in only one referral program at a time

Referee

• a new subscriber defined as not having had Conexon Connect service for at least six months 
• must use the unique code provided by a current subscriber (Referrer) to get a Refer-A-Friend discount
• once signed up as a subscriber, can also become a Referrer and sign up friends

Current Conexon Connect customers in good standing can sign up to refer friends and family. Anyone eligible for Conexon Connect service can be referred.

The maximum number of friends a Referring Customer may refer in a calendar year is 24 ($600 in Rewards); however, Conexon Connect reserves the right to further limit the number of rewards issued per customer per month or year to prevent misuse of the Program.

New Customer's service must be successfully installed and activated, and the account must remain active and in good standing for a minimum of [30/60/90] consecutive days from the activation date ("Qualifying Period") before any reward is issued.

Following the Qualifying Period, both the Referring Customer and New Customer will each receive a $25 bill credit to their Conexon Connect account, provided all Program requirements have been met.

Not necessarily. Because you and your friend may have different billing cycle dates, the $25 credits may appear on your statements at different times.
